Home Office:Autumn Ridge Supportive Living - Vienna IL
Area of Focus:Community Collaboration
Program(s):Supportive Living Program - SLP helps adults age 65 live independently by providing them with housing in an apartment-style setting that emphasizes privacy and autonomy while also offering services that support their health and well-being and providing a little extra assistance with the activities of daily life.
Immediate Supervisor:Resident Wellness Coordinator
CNA Hours of Work: Full-time 40 hours/week.Rotatingshifts providingCNAcoverage at Autumn addition to regularCNAresponsibilities this role includes supporting administrative functions and completing various miscellaneous tasks as needed.
CNA Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
CNA Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of geriatrics & service care planning skill in understanding and the delivery of theories and their application to the elderly excellent written and oral communication skills basic computer skills.
CNA Special Requirements:Must complete required registry clearances and criminal fingerprint background checks maintain and provide proof of a valid drivers license maintain and provide proof of personal vehicle liability insurance must be age 18 or older Maintains a current Illinois CNAcertification Maintain First Aid & CPR certification.
