Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of our construction projects while providing strategic oversight for a portfolio of business enhancement programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starting experienced go-getter who can blend hands-on construction management with strategic program governance. This dual role requires exceptional organizational skills keen business acumen and the ability to manage complex interrelated initiatives that drive customer value and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning design review permitting and bidding through construction execution and project close-out.
- Manage construction project budgets schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams external contractors and vendors acting as the primary point-of-contact for all construction-related communications.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of key business programs focused on improving the full customer lifecycle service delivery and asset management.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps for initiatives related to customer loyalty and associated data benefits ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Direct programs related to long-term asset value and customer retention including the Maintenance Network Certified Pre-Owned/Refurb offerings and Rental Reformers initiatives.
- Coordinate the rollout and lifecycle management of key customer service enhancements such as the Extended Warranty and various Maintenance Subscription tiers. This includes managing service delivery components like an annual visit an extra emergency visit for downtime and the predictable replacement of components (springs and ropes).
- Define project scope goals and deliverables for all initiatives under the program portfolio.
- Coordinate the strategic build-out of new technological and content delivery platforms including the Streaming build out ensuring operational readiness.
- Track project traffic and deliverables using Project Management Software.
- Maximize resources and operational efficiencies through timely and on-budget outsourcing.
- Drive On-Budget tracking transparency and management.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday position. The hours are expected to be 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
