The opportunity

For this position we are seeking a candidate with strong digital expertise who can independently design and implement new processes from the ground up.

At our Competence Centre Power Converter Solutions we hold a leading position in developing manufacturing installing and commissioning high-power electronic converters focusing on STATCOMs Rail Power Supply Converters and static frequency converters for industrial applications. Our expertise also extends to providing power converters for hydro pump storage stations. Our highly efficient converters contribute to the integration of renewable energies into tomorrows electrical grid while enhancing overall system efficiency.

How youll make an impact

• Lead and support Lean Six Sigma (L6S) projects to improve process efficiency quality and customer satisfaction

• Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions usingPower AutomatePower BI andadvanced automationtools

• Design and implement dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions (understanding of different data types)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map analyse and optimize business processes

• Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization through training coaching and best practice sharing

• Support digital transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business goals

Your background

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering

• Min. 5 years experience in continuous improvement process optimization or digital transformation roles

• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power Platform(Power Automate Power BI) andadvanced automation tools(e.g. Power Automate Desktop)

• Solid understanding ofLean Six Sigma methodology(Green Belt or higher preferred)

• Experience in process mapping root cause analysis and change management

• Proven experience in stakeholder management with the ability to build strong working relationships and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills

• Fluent in English German is beneficial
