State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Location: Blue Ash OH
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / All Shifts Available

We are a compassionate resident-focused Skilled Nursing Facility located in Blue Ash Ohio. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a positive supportive environment for both residents and staff. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring STNA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality hands-on care to residents in accordance with their care plans

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility

• Take and record vital signs report changes in condition

• Support residents emotional well-being and promote dignity and independence

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility and state guidelines

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to ensure outstanding resident care

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio STNA certification (required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Genuine compassion for seniors and individuals needing skilled nursing care

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
