Key Process & Technical Knowledge
The OCM Manager should be experienced in:
Designing and executingOrganizational Change Management strategiesfor ERP/SAP programs.
Knowledge ofSAP transformation programsand their impact on business processes.
Familiarity withProsci/ADKAR Kotters Change Model or equivalent frameworks.
Understanding ofcommunication planning stakeholder mapping and business readiness assessments.
Experience withend-user adoption tools(SAP Enable Now SuccessFactors Learning or similar).
Integration of OCM withTraining Cutover and Go-Live activities.
Knowledge ofbusiness process transformationacross Finance Procurement HR and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement theoverall OCM strategy and roadmapfor the SAP program.
Conductstakeholder analysis and impact assessmentsto understand change implications.
Develop and execute acommunications planto keep leadership and end-users informed.
Drivebusiness readiness assessmentsand report adoption risks to leadership.
Partner with theTraining Managerto ensure training content is aligned with change objectives.
Managechange agent / super user networksto cascade awareness and adoption.
Facilitateworkshops and town hallsto explain benefits changes and expectations.
Monitor and manageresistance to changeby engaging with business leaders.
EnsureOCM activities are integratedinto the project plan and tracked by PMO.
CreateKPIs and adoption metricsto measure success of OCM activities.
Provide leadership with recommendations forpost go-live sustainment(continuous adoption refresher training support structures).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Business HR Psychology or Organizational Development.
ProsciChange Management Certification(or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
10 years inorganizational change management with at least 5 years inSAP or ERP transformations.
Proven success inlarge-scale business transformation projects.
Strong experience inexecutive stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
Knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA business impactsacross modules.
Familiarity withtraining & adoption platforms(Enable Now SuccessFactors Learning).
Ability to designadoption dashboards and KPIs.
Soft Skills
Exceptionalcommunication and facilitation skills.
Strongstakeholder influence and negotiationskills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams throughchange and uncertainty.
