Job Summary

Job Description:

An opportunity as ME Indusrtial Assembly Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations Getafe (Madrid)

Regarding 3DaM project:

- Act as product owner of HTP component according to Agile Methodology ensuring team coordination reporting to project owner and rest of stakeholders as well as budget bottom up definition allocation and spendign profile.

- Coordinate directly with REVAMP project leader to ensure continuous alignment between both projects.

- Support and participate actively in GeoVar activities related to HTP 3DaM.

- Deliver reconciliation proposal based on team work and follow up modifications until they are launched if needed aligned with product backlog defined and agreed with stakeholders.

- Attend and represent ME Plant team in every 3DaM project routine workshop and meeting.

RESPONSABILITIES

Support build process creation aligned with Pant Industrial Architects A/C Industrial Architects and Engineering (Co-Design)
Support ME build process creation: Integrate high-quality mature and stable low-cost low-lead-time assembly and inspection solutions into Industrial System.
Ensure compatibility between product needs process limitations and developed means for the industrial system.
Technical inquiries from: Technical Shop Floor Support / Work preparation / Autonomous Production Team / Definition Dossier from Engineering / Build Concept Dossier from Industrial Architects.

Other dimensions relevant to the position:

- Industrialization:

From MG3 to MG13 with complementary activities between Industrial Architect and Process Engineer.
- Interfaces: Engineering / Quality / R&T / M&P / Finance / Production / Maintenance / Automation / Environment / Jigs & Tools / Robotics / Methods / Digitalization / H&S / Logistics / Procurement / Suppliers.

Support of production means and processes for new lines launch in coordination with industrial Architects.

- Enable production on new developments and product modifications:

Execution of robust reliable and safe operations.
Boost 1st install of production means with required shop floor feedback loops.
Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
Lead production means projects in cross-skill teams (national / international).
Ensure proper process implementation according to normative.
Optimize further development of production means and processes.
Advice on the preparation of budget sometimes involved in CapEx planning.

SKILLS

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Manufacturing Engineering...
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: programming in C# advanced level of CATIA
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in automotive will be valuable/a master in X will be valued
