Job Summary
Position: Med-Tele Neuro RN
Location: Tallahassee FL 32310
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $27.72/hr (up to 5 years experience) $36.30/hr (10 years) $39.60/hr (15 years)
Sign-On Bonus: $10000 Days $15000 Nights
Shifts Available:
Days (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical RN to join our team. This role involves providing care and treatment for ill injured and recovering adult patients in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will perform clinical assessments and manage treatments independently while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire if not already certified
BSN preferred
Florida RN license or multistate license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if relocating)
Responsibilities:
Collect comprehensive data relevant to the patients health or situation
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or patient issues
Develop individualized care plans and identify expected outcomes
Promote patient safety and ensure quality care
Utilize time supplies and equipment efficiently
Educate patients and families on medications procedures and treatments
