Recruiter / Growth Partner Top Producer Wanted!

- Own the entire recruiting lifecycle: from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Proactively build pipelines of top talent using cold outbound referral networks and strategic campaigns
- Interview evaluate and close high-caliber candidates with confidence
- Handle all stages of the recruiting lifecycle from set appointment through Start Date
- Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions scorecards and hiring goals
- Track daily activity in our CRM provide weekly KPI reports and meet/exceed quotas
- Represent our brand in a way that excites and converts prospects into team members
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate recruiting experience required)
- Strong cold sourcing/outbound prospecting chops youre not afraid to pick up the phone
- Clear record of hitting or exceeding recruiting quotas and KPIs
- Strong sales background and closing ability youre a recruiter AND a closer
- Highly organized and detail-oriented no candidate or lead slips through the cracks
- Proficient in CRM and reporting systems (e.g. Airtable HubSpot Bullhorn etc.)
- Must be willing to work in the office with a dynamic and driven team
- You thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment where results matter
