Job Description:
As an AI Engineer at you will design and implement the core intelligence layer of our AI-native backend automation platform. This high-impact IC role involves building production-grade AI systems including model integration retrieval pipelines and agentic flows. Youll own AI components that directly enhance user experience automation accuracy and platform intelligence collaborating with backend engineers to ship end-to-end features.

What you will do:

Design and implement AI-powered backend components for classification extraction enrichment and decision-making.
Build retrieval and context pipelines including embeddings vector stores indexing and model-aware context assembly.
Develop evaluation monitoring and observability workflows using tools like Langfuse for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate:

Strong experience with LLMs embeddings vector databases retrieval pipelines and prompt engineering.
Ability to translate ambiguous real-world content into structured extraction classification or decision flows.
Familiarity with building production-grade AI services (Python or TypeScript) and modern AI tooling (Langfuse Weaviate Pinecone etc.).
