Were looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now were searching for a Finance Operations Assistant in our Stockholm office. This is a one-year temporary position starting at the beginning of 2026. Are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change

The role

As our new Finance Operations Assistant youll be part of our Finance Operations team supporting 25 Viaplay entities. Youll work alongside 14 friendly Stockholm-based colleagues as part of our Global Business Services function.

In this junior role youll support the daily finance workflows across our key processes: Order to Cash Travel & Expense Purchase to Pay and Record to Report. Your focus will be on keeping data accurate following established procedures and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What youll do

• Handle recurring finance tasks such as posting transactions updating data and processing invoices/expenses.

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to internal guidelines policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Finance Operations Specialists and team members to meet deadlines.

• Flag issues and help keep processes running smoothly.

• Contribute to maintaining and improving our workflows and tools.

• Stay curious - learn new systems attend trainings and build your finance skills.

What were looking for

We know potential comes in many forms so dont worry if you dont tick every box. To thrive in this role we believe you have:

• A degree within Finance Accounting or a similar area.

• 02 years of experience in finance administration accounting payroll accounts payable/receivable or similar (part-time work during your studies or internships also counts!)

• A structured and hands-on way of working.

• A positive attitude and enjoy collaborating with others.

• Comfort using English in both writing and speech.

Its a bonus if you have:

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations or another ERP system.

• Experience from a Shared Service Center or similar environment.
