Customer Description:
The client is a tech company providing software solutions to enterprise clients.
It delivers financial analysis trade flow and portfolio management tools.
The company is growing rapidly and is seeking skilled engineers to support product and technology development.
The role requires attention to detail across the development lifecycle and strong communication with internal teams and clients.
Project Phase: Active development
Project Team:
There are two teams with a tech lead and 34 developers each and one Product Owner one PM and one AQA shared across the teams.
Soft Skills:
Self-driven and highly motivated
Strong focus on automation and efficiency improvement
Ability to take leadership and responsibility for assigned work
Strong ownership and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and clear articulation of ideas
Comfortable in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments
Receptive to feedback from both technical and business stakeholders
Hard Skills / Must Have:
Experience in Angular
Experience in C#/.NET ( Core)
Expertise in SOLID principles and common design patterns
Working knowledge of relational databases
Understanding of good UI/UX practices
Experience working in an agile project environment
Familiarity with Git
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Design implement and maintain components and frameworks contributing to the companys toolset
Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand development needs
Research new technologies identify inefficiencies and match suitable solutions
Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback
