Job Summary
Full-Time Long-Term Immediate Start
A warm inclusive and community-driven primary school in Brent is seeking a dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their Nursery team. The school is known for its strong early years provision creative curriculum and commitment to helping every child thrive from the very start of their educational journey.
The Role:
You will support children aged 34 through a mixture of structured learning and child-led play-based activities. You will work closely with the class teacher to set up exciting learning environments deliver small-group tasks and help children build confidence in speech language early phonics and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities
Support PSED early communication and behaviour routines
Take part in observations and contribute to learning journeys
Work collaboratively with teachers and parents
Ensure safeguarding safety and wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
Strong EYFS experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A nurturing patient and supportive approach
