Job Summary
Long-Term 90110 per day Supportive Leadership Team
A welcoming and well-led primary school in Hillingdon seeks a confident EYFS Practitioner to join their Reception team. The school promotes independence creativity and purposeful learning.
Your Role:
You will support young children in developing communication skills phonics early writing number recognition and personal independence. You will work closely with the teacher to create a joyful safe and engaging environment that promotes progress for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with phonics (Little Wandle or similar schemes)
Support early writing and fine motor development
Deliver small-group activities and interventions
Work collaboratively with parents and staff
Help maintain calm structured routines
You Will Need:
Experience in EYFS
Confident communication skills
Passion for early childhood development
