Job Summary

Job Title: Operation/Process Analyst
Location: TampaFL
Type: Contract

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end payment systems and rails including ACH SWIFT RTP card networks and digital wallets with awareness of settlement clearing reconciliation and exception handling.
Process Analysis: Proven experience in process mapping gap analysis root-cause identification and optimization of payment workflows with the ability to document current vs. future state processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with key payment and compliance standards including PCI-DSS AML/KYC requirements and ISO 20022 messaging and the ability to factor regulatory obligations into solution and process design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions pivot tables data validation) SQL for data querying/analysis and workflow/process tools; exposure to payment platforms or payment processing systems is a strong plus.
