Job Description

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products.
Write maintain and update product technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and analyze issues collaborate across departments to clarify and resolve issues and provide feedback to customers.
Test and validate new products. Provide product training and technology transfer and assist in product promotion.
Be able to travel for short-term assignments when necessary.

Qualification

Masters degree or above.
Major in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related fields.

Technical Skills:
Embedded Systems Development: Proficient in various embedded system architectures operating systems (such as Linux RTOS) hardware platforms (such as ARM x86) and related development tools.
Software Development: Expert in programming languages like C/C and Python with familiarity with relevant development frameworks and tools.
Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Experienced in deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and model optimization techniques.
Hardware Acceleration: Proficient in hardware accelerators like GPUsNPUs and FPGAs and capable of deploying AI models onto these accelerators

Job Description
1.提供 IPG & Gaming platform 產品售前/售後技術服務
2.產品技術文件 ( FAQ User Manual / Guide SOP Driver Porting Guide and Failure report等 ) 撰寫與維護
3.系統操作包含軟體驅動韌體與系統整合之工作
4.產品異常查找與故障分析
5.跨部門合作釐清 / 收斂問題並回覆客戶
6.新產品測試與驗證
於新產品開發初期以客戶角度換位思考進行產品應用評估與測試基於使用者友善介面及軟/硬體應用提供研發單位建議
7.教育訓練與技轉 : 不定期安排國內外同仁以及 Channel Partner 關於產品資訊更新與技術分享
8.協助產品推廣之工作
9.必要時須能配合短期出差

Job Description
(1) 熟悉公司各式產業應用解決方案之軟硬體產品例如各式產業應用電腦之主板系統AI整合產品 (ARM&x86皆有)以及研華自行開發與代理的各式軟體產品例如Microsoft Windows Trellix Acronis WisePaaS/DeviceOn..等
(2) 推薦並協助業務銷售前的Demo樣品組裝測試規格討論等後續教授並技轉相關產品所需應用知識給予客戶以便能順利導入產品 --- (售前Pre-Sales服務)
(3) 協助並釐清客戶在實際應用上所反應的需求與問題並提供適合的解決方案與建議給予客戶良好的使用體驗與服務自然客戶與研華的合作會長長久久 --- (售後Post-Sales的技術服務)
(4) 台灣區教育訓練與各項專題活動的支援

Qualification
學歷理工相關科系
工作經歷熟悉各項作業系統包括WindowsLinuxAndroid等具有實務操作經驗者為佳

1. Provide real-time support to frontline FAEs for both online and offline product education and training sessions.
2. Assist in verifying and troubleshooting customer issues ensuring rapid and effective resolution.
3. Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Management teams to clarify product specifications and resolve issues.
4. Participate in the product development lifecycle specifically in user validation processes to ensure products are user-friendly and meet market needs.
5. Develop technical documentation and training materials on Advantech IoT Academy

Qualification

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Automation Control or a related technical field.
