Due to recent growth we are seeking a dedicated In-Home Team Leader to join our passionate team.
About the RoleAs an In-Home Team Leader you will:
Provide leadership and supervision to In-Home Carers ensuring daily living support is delivered in line with organisational values client preferences care plans policies and duty statements.
Step into In-Home Carer duties when required.
Support the recruitment of In-Home Carers as directed by the GM Regional Services.
Contribute to mentoring training and performance management activities under the guidance of the GM Regional Services.

Are You Our Next In-Home Team LeaderWere looking for someone who is:
Compassionate and genuinely passionate about improving the lives of others.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Reliable dependable and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Equipped with a current National Police Clearance and valid Australian working rights.
You Will Bring:Experience in aged care community services or disability services.
A Certificate IV in Aged Care or Community Services.
Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid Australian Drivers Licence.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Intermediate computer skills.
