Job Summary

Role Statement.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and creative Mixologist to join their vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails an eye for detail and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities.

Create mix and serve a wide range of cocktails with precision and flair.
Develop new and innovative drink recipes aligned with the restaurant/bars concept.
Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area.
Engage warmly with guests providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels and assist in preparing bar inventories.
Comply with all health safety and hygiene regulations.
Train or guide bar staff on cocktail preparation where necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender.
Strong knowledge of spirits cocktail techniques and mixology trends.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Creativity passion and attention to detail in drink preparation.
Certificate in Hospitality or Bartending is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in marketing and selling luxury travel packages with a strong network in the travel industry. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality space or high-end tours and travel companies. Expertise in digital marketing brand management and media outreach. Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Hospitality or a related field.
