Job Summary
Role - Tableau Developer
Location Gurgaon
Experience 4 years
Lead and drive the development in BI domain using Tableau eco-system with deep technical and BI ecosystem knowledge
The resource will be responsible for the dashboard design development and delivery of BI services using Tableau eco-system
Requirements
Requirements
4 years of experience in Tableau development with Strong Dashboarding experience.
Excellent communication collaboration interpersonal skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dashboarding initiative.
Proven experience in technical leadership with good technical delivery skills.
Producing support documentation and keeping existing documentation up to date.
Proven experience in coordination with Business executives to identify requirements KPIs and produce visualizations.
Proven experience in planning design estimation coordination with offshore reviews building and implementation of dashboards.
Proven experience in data analysis.
Proven experience in working with data from any domain preferably with Annuities and Investment accounting data.
Experience in visualization development.
Experience with other BI tools (Business Objects or Power BI is preferred).
Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills.
Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.
Good to have working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
Strong ability to extract information by questioning active listening and interviewing.
Awareness of agile/iterative approaches.
A strong understanding of SDLC process is needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear requirements specifications and documentation.
Strong ability to communicate and embed information business process and system-wide changes to a technical and non-technical audience.
Ability to work on own initiative within agreed boundaries.
Flexible and adaptable.
Strong sense of teamwork and ability to both lead and execute work.
Experience with Agile projects is preferred.
Good documentation skill is needed.
Experience using JIRA / Confluence is needed.

Requirements- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Previous experience of 5 years in Project management roles preferably within software development projects. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams towards project -depth knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams stakeholders and senior management. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering solutions to complex technical challenges. Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle tools. Certifications in project management (PMP PMI-ACP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master SAFe) are a plus.
