RQ10030 Specialized IT Consultant Senior

Scope:

• Police portfolio team is seeking for a fee for service (FFS) specialized IT consultant who has 10 year of experience with the Hexagons Intergraph CAD software and in-depth knowledge of the OPTIC CAD business requirements & configurations to implement the required enhancements.
  
• In addition to the development of the CAD enhancements the FFS consultant must support the CAD application and the OnCall Analytics (OCA) application which are being used by the OPTIC CAD agencies.
  
• 1. CAD 9.4 enhancements development deployment & support.
  
• 2. OnCall Analytics (OCA) deployment & training support
  
• 3. Oracle 12c to 19c upgrade support.
  

Assignment Deliverables

• CAD 9.4 enhancements development & testing.
  
• Create detailed Install book for the CAD 9.4 enhancements deployment.
  
• Work with CAD agencies and CAD project team to deploy the OCA application
  
• Test Oracle 12c to 19c upgrade and provide technical support for the Oracle 19c rollout.
  

Requirements

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

• 10 years of experience in providing tier 2 and 3 support for CAD application (Dev/UAT/Training environments) and CAD Business Intelligence application.
  
• Extensive experience working with the Hexagon JTS and OPTIC agencies IT and business resources to support the I/CAD application and the OnCall Analytics application.
  
• Knowledge of police dispatch process
  
• Knowledge of 911 integration with CAD

• Experience providing tier 2 & 3 support for the CAD application.
  
• Experience troubleshooting network issues.

OPTIC CAD Experience:

• Demonstrated experience with Hexagons Intergraph-Computer Aided Dispatch.
  
• Demonstrated the experience in develop CAD application enhancements as per business requirements
  
• 10 years of experience in providing tier 2 and 3 support for CAD application (Dev/UAT/Training environments) and CAD Business Intelligence application.
  
• Demonstrated experience in creating technical install/build books.
  

Server Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in configuring servers.
  
• Demonstrated experience in creating and updating Windows server Images.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Windows Server Clustering.
  
• Demonstrated experience with MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems and MS Windows Server Operating systems.
  
• Demonstrated experience working with VM ware and troubleshooting issues
  

Network Experience:

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of network firewall configuration / VPN equipment.
  
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting network issues.
  
• Demonstrated experience with Network and Security Infrastructure (Reverse Proxy Firewalls VPN devices etc.).
  

OPTIC CAD Requirements & Configuration Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience with applying application upgrades to CAD/CAD OCA testing/development environments and workstations.
  
• Demonstrated experience with applying and testing Microsoft patches in CAD development/testing environments.
  
• Demonstrated experience in configure the CAD application with the OPTIC standard.
  

Other Necessary Software Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle and SQL Database software
  
• Demonstrated experience with PowerBI software
