Job Summary

NextLink is having an existing position as an IT Process Analyst in Brussels area Belgium.

General information:

- Start date: January 2026

- Duration: 12 months renewable

- Workload: full time 2 days on site / 3 days remote

- Work location: Brussels area Belgium

Description :

We are actively searching an IT Process Analyst to join the IT Process team. The IT process team is among other things responsible for the Project Management Practice.

In particular were looking for someone to lead the scope of Project Management: Maintain the Project Management Process propose improvements and manage the execution of the roadmap with concrete responsibilities:

Project Management Practices

Maintain the project management practices & processes

Analyse Project management process deliverables quality & maturity

Propose project management process improvements

Implement & document project management best practices

Prepare the project management board agenda. Log decisions and actions

Communicate with other process owners (architecture design testing ) to ensure alignment

across initiatives

Inventorize tools and act as product owner for their evolution

Project Management Community Support

Prepare the project manager sharing meeting & animate the discussions

Organize the project management best practice community & relay to the project management

board

Communicate project management evolutions to the entirety of the project managers

Profile:

Language: English fluent French and/or Dutch fluent

Minimum of 2 years of experience

Experience in IT

Experience in a midsize big company (500 employees)

MS Office (word excel powerpoint teams)

PowerBI

Project Management (Waterfall / prince2 oriented)

Process Management

Data analytics
