Ready to make a real impact Were looking for an Intermediate Senior Structural Engineer to join our Christchurch Buildings team a group delivering innovative future-focused solutions across working across health education retail and tertiary environments.
If youre a strong doer whos technically sharp analytical and confident communicating with clients and collaborators this role will give you the platform to work on complex meaningful projects that leave a legacy.

What youll be doing
Deliver structural design on projects across health education retail tertiary and commercial buildings.
Contribute across the full project lifecycle from early stages of design through procurement and construction monitoring.
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients stakeholders and delivery partners building strong and trusted relationships.
Bring analytical rigour and sound engineering judgement to complex projects.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering (or similar).
Ideally chartered or working confidently toward chartership.
5 years experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment.
Strong technical capability someone who can get things done proactively and deliver quality work with minimal oversight.
Excellent communicator: able to translate technical concepts clearly for clients partners and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build relationships and deliver positive client experiences.
Curious analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
