WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. Local Compliance Support: support for Local Compliance Coordinator close collaboration with the central Compliance & Integrity Team Business Partner Checks/Scope and Quick Checks completion.

Examples:

• Support the local implementation of measures related to compliance & integrity issues

• Complete mandatory local reports

• Support local Training & Communication activities

• Support local monitoring activities & sample checks

• Review adjust and adapt policies procedures and any relevant document

2. SharePoint & Confluence maintenance:

Examples:

• Managing user access and permissions

• Ensuring compliance with retention and legal hold policies

• Reviewing external sharing settings

• Reviewing and updating site structures

• Cleaning up outdated or duplicate content

3. Admin PMO:

Examples:

• Salesforce/Workday back-up

• PMO reporting support: weekly internal bookings/forecast

4. QMS Support: support for Business Ops Lead pre/during/post Internal and External Audits

5. Other activities:client travel invoicing preps ad-hoc reports support for Delivery Ops team support during reimbursement process.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Location Requirement: You must be based in Cluj-Napoca or Iași.

• Proven experience - up to 2 years

• C1 English - writing and speaking

• Very good knowledge and usage of tools: Excel PPT Workday (ideally PSA) SharePoint Confluence

• Customer & business orientation

• Stakeholders management

• Empathy assertiveness diplomatic skills and attention to details

• Data-driven decision-making and operational insights

• Ability to work in a team and adaptability

• Intercultural competence sense of responsibility

• Passion for scaling teams and processes sustainably

• Nice to have: Jira and Salesforce

• Nice to have: Experience in cross-functional project management
