The Role
At LUZCO Technologies we are looking for a detail-oriented and creative problem solver who loves turning data into real solutions. This role supports our teams by building dashboards automating workflows and improving how information flows across the business.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Build and enhance interactive dashboards reports and custom apps using Power BI PowerApps and SharePoint.
- Partner with project teams to uncover opportunities for automation improved visualization and digital innovation.
- Collect clean validate and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
- Integrate data from Excel SQL and internal systems to ensure seamless reporting.
- Train and support end users on Power Platform tools and custom solutions.
- Communicate insights through clear visuals presentations and storytelling.
- Support system and process development to improve data ecosystems and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy security and regulatory standards.
- Track metrics generate stakeholder reporting and follow corporate and regulatory procedures
- Travel up to 10%.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
WhatYoullBring to the Familia:
Essentials to Succeed:
- 1 years of experience in software engineering data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Power BI SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas pivot tables modeling).
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical user-friendly solutions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Data Analytics MIS Applied Math Statistics or a related field.
- Experience with Esri tools (ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Online etc.) for GIS and spatial analysis.
- Familiarity with Power Automate SQL or other data integration tools.
- Exposure to workflow automation business process modeling or digital transformation in the utility industry.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative efficient solutions.
