Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort.

Essential Functions:

Read and record temperature pulse and respiration
Patient hygiene - bathing shampoo skin/nail care oral hygiene shaving dressing toileting
Maintain a clean safe and healthy home environment - meal preparation laundry light housekeeping
Follow written assignment and instructions
Complete and submit appropriate documentation

Qualifications:

Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
At least eighteen (18) years of age
Current CPR certification and TB test

Standard Rate: $15.00 - $17.50 Hourly
