About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a printing service company which has over 40 years of experience in the industry and a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the companys customer base and optimise business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Deliver pre-sales technical support product expertise and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate qualified sales leads follow up on initial contacts secure and renew orders negotiate pricing finalise sales and coordinate delivery arrangements.
- Prepare and present technical materials to effectively communicate the companys products and services to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
- Provide solutions to customers experiencing issues with installed products and recommend upgrades or alternative materials to enhance cost efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement share insights with management and propose practical solutions.
- Establish monitor and achieve defined sales targets and quotas.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience with background and interest in B2B sales and marketing.
- D3/S1 degree in any discipline.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge and database familiarity in the coding marking or packaging industry will be considered an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (basic functions and correspondence).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; disciplined adaptable to both independent and team-based work.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for technology and processes and a commitment to building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya/Sidoarjo.
- Available to join immediately.
