The New Channel Strategy Lead will work closely with cross functional teams in Japan regional digital team regional marketing team and other country digital team in APAC region. New Channel Development Manager will report to the New Channel Sales Senior Manager and he/she will be responsible for strengthening the commercial capability and customer engagement through key digital touchpoints including e-commerce customers.
Knowledge Experience and Qualifications:
5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital business planning
Proven success in modern marketing and execution ideally including retail marketing BTL demand generation eCommerce Social and digital tactics
Strong analytical skills
Ability to collect sort and create useable insights from data and adapt to agile environment
Experience with online advertising (Google Ads Meta Ads Amazon Ads)
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio Tableau)
Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce operations
Experience in sales forecasting and inventory management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Japanese (English reading/writing preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
Ability to thrive in a fluid and multicultural environment.

Education:
Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree in Business Management Business Administration or other related filed is preferred) An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
