Your Role as the Occupational Therapist The Village at Summerville

As a full-time OT you will:

  • Evaluate and treat residents across the continuum: ST rehab LTC AL IL outpatient
  • Develop individualized occupation-centered plans of care rooted in resident goals
  • Collaborate closely with IDT teams in weekly meetings and daily hand-offs
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development
  • Support OT/OTA students through PCSCs robust clinical education partnerships

This role is ideal for someone who values clinical autonomy organizational stability and a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring
