Responsibilities:
- Achieves sales target mainly on High Jewellery & Fine Jewellery sales as priority; Secondly on all the rest jewellery creations sales with ability of client-centric upselling skill.
- Continuously to make client appointments and draw business to store.
- Acts as a professional ambassador of our Maison to promote our High Jewellery & Fine Jewellery creations; Maintains the highest level of customer service and provides prompt attentive courteous and effective service to our clients.
- Excellent clientelling execution proactively and continuously proposes plans to reach out new & existing VICs aim to successfully convert sales.
- Attends HJ event and in-store activity with client appointments. Cooperates with Boutique Manager to propose various scales of events to develop our High Jewellery business.
- Able to handle High Jewellery special orders and After-Sales service with care and efficiency .
- Provides qualitative feedback on the markets news and our opportunities cooperates with Boutique Manager to mentor store team to convert Jewelry clients into High Jewelry customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years relevant solid experience in high jewelry industry in Shanghai with high jewelry sales record and a significant list of potential client data-based contacts.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Responsible Presentable with Good personal image Humble Passionate on high-end luxury retail.
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills good teamwork spirits.
- GIA or similar gemmology courses certification is an advantage.
