What Youll Do Contribute to Siconas mission to deliver high performance battery materials at mass market scale without costing the earth. Perform quality control testson production batches to verify that physical chemical and performance characteristics meet defined specifications Identify and investigate deviationsfrom product specifications communicating findings to relevant parties teams. Conduct material characterisation experiments in accordance with SOPs. Coordinate 3rd party QA/QC testing with external laboratories Analyse data and generate reports Develop and refine SOPs in collaboration with scientists. Support material synthesis as required. Assist with daily R&D operations and project work as required What Youll Need to Succeed: Bachelors degree in chemistry material sciences or a related physical science A figure-it-out mindset: quick-thinking solutions-first and adaptable under pressure.
