Job Summary
Schedule:
Full time 6:00AM start to 2:30PM end
The Role
You will be primarily responsible for moving trailers around our warehouses in SODO located at 4103 2nd Ave S and communicating with our supervisors and staff over radio about trailer moves.
Essential Responsibilities Include And Are Not Limited To:
- Accurately and safely maneuver trucks around our Seattle warehouses using an Ottawa yard truck
- Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively using radios
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Promote & maintain a flexible cooperative team-oriented attitude with co-workers
- All other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience:
- 23 years or older due to insurance requirements
- 1 year of driving experience highly preferred.
- Valid Class A CDL and medical card
- Interstate qualification registered
- Demonstrated ability to lift/ push/ pull 50lbs. throughout the shift.
- Per DOT rules applicant should have the ability to read and understand English.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Must be open to working Saturdays.
