Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously coordinating with clients contractors and internal teams
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Manage and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines
• Implement and maintain effective project management systems and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative construction techniques to improve project efficiency

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies building systems and materials
• Extensive experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Experience in risk assessment management and mitigation
• Health and safety certification (e.g. OSHA or equivalent)
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the region as needed
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
