Job Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Advisor. Your responsibilities will be:
- To process all orders received electronically by phone or by fax;
- Make sure to place the special orders for missing items;
- Follow up on customers orders as well as their backorders (B.O.);
- Advise customers on required parts by using technical schemas;
- Provide cost estimation based on the technical data provided by clients;
- Support on the road sales representatives;
- Keep his/her technical knowledge up-to-date at all times.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- High School diploma with a minimum of 5-years experience in a similar position;
- Essential to have a vast knowledge of heavy vehicle parts;
- Very good knowledge of the Excel application and the AS/400 system;
- Timeliness and accuracy in data processing.
