Job Summary
Title: Wet Wipe - Machine Operator
Work Schedule:
- Weekend Night Shift; Fri-Sun 5:30PM-5:30AM
Training Schedule:
- Help us grow our co-pack team! For this BRAND NEW opportunity youll be required to train on one of the following shifts:
- Week Days (Mon-Thurs 5:30AM-3:30PM)
- Weekend Days (Fri-Sun 5:30AM-5:30PM)
- Youre eligible to receive your shift premium regardless of the shift you are training on!
Compensation & Benefits:$25.33 - $31.33 per hour (includes weekend rate & shift premium)
- $3000 Retention Bonus!

Essential Accountabilities:
The general production Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging filling cutting labeling and sealing equipment that produce coffee filters baking cups and disinfectant wipes. This is a fast paced hands on position working in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the filter product. This position works in a clean consistent and safety conscious environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods bend reach grab and twist
- Must be able to complete production documentation accurately
- Perform basic troubleshooting
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to read write and communicate in English.
- Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
- Previous experience with machines heavily automated environments or previous general production are encouraged to apply.
