Were Hiring: CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Appleton WI
Full-Time
1st or 2nd Shift (2 Shift: 3-Day Workweek - Work 36 Hours Get Paid for 40!)

What Youll Do:

Program set up and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32 chucks) with Fanuc controls
Work on 3- 4- and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting
Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods
Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs
Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment
Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools CAD/CAM and setups

What You Bring:

3 years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve
High school diploma or GED preferred
