We currently have a fantastic opportunity to support sustainable growth of our consumer insurance business by leading a team to:
Respond and fulfil customer requests focussed primarily on care pay renew and leave stages while also supporting quote buy and change requests as required.
Deliver timely accurate and efficient net processing.
Deliver timely accurate and efficient analysis and processing of exception reports
Support our partner teams to deliver.
Deliver accurate and efficient business system support to Consumer and Business teams.
What youll need to succeed
Previous demonstrated insurance experience within a contact centre environment
Excellent relationship management skills
The ability to positively influence a team and others around you
Excellent communication skills with experience in writing reports and presenting to large groups
A customer centric focus
The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
