To thrive in this rolewere seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a DB/Operations Engineer/Data Engineer coupled with a strong background in Azure and MS SQL spanning at least 3years.Yourproficiencyin migrating on-premises databases to the cloud will be highlyadvantageousin this role.

The project is a uniquely configurable cloud-based platform designed to guide and reinforce behaviors that drive results; mobilize employees; strategically align individuals with company values and objectives; and solve an organizations ever-changing business issues. The systems Activity Streams and Leaderboard allow users to see how they compare alongside others in the organization which helps businesses create a culture of recognition where individuals feel more connected to the company and their coworkers through Manager Discretionary Peer-to-Peer Service Anniversary & Milestones and Sales Incentive Programs
Requirements:
3yearsofexperienceasa DBEngineer/ OperationsEngineer/ DataEngineer.
Strongexperienceworkingwith MS SQLandMySQL (1years).
Experience working with OLTP systems: database architecture design normalization query tuning and performance optimizationexecution plans analysis.
PracticalexperiencewithDACPACandschemadeploymentviaVisual StudioandAzureDevOps.
BasicunderstandingofAzureCloud(Azure SQLSQLManagedInstancebackups/restoremonitoring).
DBA-relatedexperience(forMySQLandMS SQL):indexingbackupsrestoresschemaupdatesperformancetuning.
Abilitytowriteadministrativeandautomationscripts(PowerShellorSQL).
Strongunderstandingofdatabasesecuritystabilityanddataintegrityprinciples.
Goodwrittenandverbal English communication skills.
Will be a plus:
Engineering-heavyAzureservices(ADF SSIS DWH).
ReadC#andPHPcode.
Power BI.
Responsibilities:
Support and develop OLTP databases including schema design normalization and performanceimprovements.
Optimizeexistingqueriesindexesstoredproceduresandanalyzeexecutionplans.
MaintainandimproveMySQLandMS SQLoperationalprocesses(backupsrestoresoptimization).
Assistinmigratinglegacyon-premisesSQL ServerdatabasesintoAzure SQLorSQLManagedInstance.
ImplementandmaintainDACPAC-baseddeploymentsusingVisual StudioandAzureDevOpspipelines.
CollaboratecloselywithNetOpsandengineeringteamstoensuredatabasereliabilityandperformance.
Writescriptstoautomateroutinemaintenanceandschemasynchronizationtasks.
Identifybottlenecks and provide recommendations for improving performance scalability and security.
