Role Summary: The Client Liaison
Your primary function will be to act as the essential link between the company and our Dutch policyholders. This role involves managing a variety of communication channelsincluding phone calls and digital correspondenceto address inquiries resolve service obstacles and provide detailed explanations concerning insurance policies billing and claims processing. Success in this position relies on delivering courteous accurate and timely support thereby upholding our commitment to superior customer retention and satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Field incoming service requests and questions from customers in the Netherlands primarily through telephone and email.
- Skillfully investigate troubleshoot and resolve policy-related issues knowing when and how to efficiently pass on more complex matters to senior specialists.
- Ensure customers are fully informed by clearly articulating policy features terms and administrative procedures.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and outcomes within our customer relationship management system.
- Operate strictly within all company guidelines quality metrics and regulatory compliance standards.
- Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and suggest improvements for better workflow efficiency.
Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Language Fluency: Demonstrable proficiency in both Dutch (essential for serving the market) and English (required for internal operations) both at a high C1 level or equivalent.
- Start Date: Must be available to commence employment on January 8th 2026.
- Legal Eligibility: Possession of valid documentation permitting employment in Portugal which includes: a current Residency Card (must be valid for over one year) EU Citizenship or a valid Refugee Card.
Valued Experience (Helpful Not Mandatory)
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role particularly within contact centers or service support environments.
- Any background knowledge or familiarity with the insurance or regulated financial services industries.
Work Structure & Location
- Location: Lisbon Portugal.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Days Off: You will enjoy guaranteed weekends off.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts operating between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM (employees are scheduled shifts within this window).
- Important Note: The schedule requires working on public/bank holidays as part of the rotational pattern.
Remuneration and Benefits Package
