We are hiring a dedicated French-speaking Support Specialist to manage client accounts for our payment solutions division based on-site in Lisbon Portugal.
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for business customers resolving their issues related to payment processing account operations and technical difficulties through various channels (phone email chat). A high level of service and accurate documentation of all interactions is essential. You will be part of a rotational schedule covering 24 hours a day 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday) providing critical timely support.
Start Date: The position is scheduled to begin on January 8th 2026.
Essential Requirements: You must possess fluent French and an advanced level of English (C1 or higher). While previous experience in customer service or payments is beneficial it is not mandatorywe encourage highly motivated newcomers to apply.
Compensation & Benefits: The salary package includes a gross monthly wage of 900 x 14 months plus attractive performance bonuses a meal allowance and comprehensive health insurance. We are committed to fostering career growth and providing all necessary work equipment.
Eligibility: Applicants must legally be able to work in the EU confirmed by possessing either EU Citizenship a Refugee Card or a Residency Card valid for more than one year.
