About the Role
Are you fluent in French and English and ready to launch your career in a dynamic international setting We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Lisbon Portugal as a French-Speaking Payment Solutions Support Specialist.
You will be the first point of contact for our business clients providing exceptional support for their payment accounts and technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site providing crucial support for a major player in the global payment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and chat primarily in French for business clients regarding their payment accounts and solutions.
- Address and resolve client inquiries related to payment processing account management technical issues and service features.
- Accurately document all customer interactions issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Technical Support Sales) to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex client cases.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our payment solutions processes and industry regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Language Proficiency:
- French: Fluent (written and spoken).
- English: Advanced (C1 level minimum written and spoken).
- Work Eligibility: You must hold one of the following valid documents:
- EU Citizenship.
- Valid Portuguese Residency Card (valid for more than one year).
- Refugee Card.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon Portugal.
- Start Date: Ready to start on January 8th 2026.
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
- Previous experience in a customer service technical support or payment solutions role is a plus but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
