The Role: What You Will Do

As a Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients providing expert support and technical troubleshooting. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries issues and requests via phone email and chat ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution: Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical problems for our Dutch-speaking users escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions technical details and troubleshooting steps in the companys internal systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (e.g. development sales) to ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer issues.

Candidate Profile: Must-Haves

• Language Fluency (Mandatory):
  • Dutch: Native or near-native level (C2).
  • English: Fluent (C1 level or equivalent).
• Work Eligibility (Strict Requirements): You must possess one of the following:
  • EU Citizenship
  • Residence Card granting Full Market Access in Greece.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in a Customer Support Technical Support or Client Service role is a plus but not mandatory. We value aptitude and a willingness to learn.
