Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Lead Pre Operative Assessment Nurse to join our Day Case team with a competitive salary range on offer up to 66950 depending upon experience.
This is a Monday-Friday 9-5 role with Overtime included.

The Lead Pre-Operative Nurse will be responsible for the running of a high quality and effective pre-assessment service that provides the highest standards of care safety and service to patients across the entire Hospital. The post holder will possess an advanced level of assessment skills and will be responsible for the delivery of the day-to-day provision of the pre-assessment service.
What will your duties include
Manage the Pre-operative assessment department when on duty with overall continuing clinical responsibility in order to carry out safe delivery of care to all patients.
Deputise for the Nurse Manager as appropriate.
Actively participate in clinical audits within the overall Perioperative setting.
Provide specialist clinical advice and support to all Caregivers and encourage best practice.
Adheres to CCL policies relating to Safeguarding Fire Risk Management and Health and Safety at work Act.
What we need from you
Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required with no restrictions to practice
Bachelors degree in Nursing.
Pre Operative Assessment experience at Charge Nurse/Lead level required.
Advanced level of assessment skills.
Experience of leading and managing change.
