Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Quality Specialist to drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction within our Service organization. This role focuses on identifying service quality gaps leading investigations and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions working closely with Service Operations and cross-functional partners. Successful candidates bring hands-on experience in Field Service Remote Support or Service Quality environments and use data and analytics as tools to improve performance and customer outcomes.
Position Objective
Improve customer success by proactively identifying analyzing and driving to closure Field Service Quality improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Customer Allegiance Score (CAS) advocate for the division and own related processes and governance
- Monitor analyze and report on Field Service Quality performance
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Field Service Quality
- Lead investigations and root-cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in Service Operations or Quality
- Strong understanding of Field Service processes and quality management
- Customer-focused mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Experience with data analysis to support service quality decisions
- SQL and Power BI knowledge an advantage
- Technical background preferred
Language Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Czech language is a strong advantage
