NOW HIRING: Independent Shuttle Operator (15-Passenger Van Owners)
Partner with a Federal Contractor Daily Weekday Route Guaranteed Hours
SOS Logistics is seeking Independent Shuttle Operators who own a 15-passenger van and want to subcontract on a long-term federal shuttle service assignment between West Bethesda MD and the Washington Navy Yard DC.
We are building a pool of qualified independent contractors for upcoming routes under a 5-year federal Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

Route: Carderock Division Headquarters Washington Navy Yard
Schedule: MondayFriday (Daytime trips only)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Start Date: Pending federal BPA call issuance

Who Were Looking For
Independent contractors who meet the following:
Own or lease a 15-passenger van (clean reliable climate controlled)
Valid Commercial Class C drivers license
U.S. Citizen (per federal security requirements)
Clean background (must obtain DBIDS badge)
Good driving record (no more than 2 points)
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Ability to operate a fixed federal schedule MondayFriday
What Youll Do
- Transport federal employees on a fixed daily shuttle route
- Maintain accurate passenger logs
- Communicate schedule updates to our dispatch team
- Ensure safety reliability and professionalism at all times
- Follow all Navy access and security protocols
