Position Overview
A healthcare organization in Schenectady NY is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services with emphasis on work-related injuries preventative care wellness and functional improvement. The PT will evaluate plan and deliver individualized treatment programs to enhance mobility health and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services focusing on prevention wellness and treatment of work-related injuries.
Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to improve physical and functional abilities.
Restore maintain and promote optimal physical function wellness fitness and overall quality of life.
Prevent the onset and progression of impairments functional limitations and disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Document goals treatment progress anticipated outcomes and plans for re-evaluation.
Use clinical expertise to improve patient strength mobility and overall performance.
Required Experience & Skills
23 years of experience in outpatient or general orthopedic physical therapy.
Active Physical Therapist license (state-appropriate).
Manual therapy and orthopedic training preferred.
Strong communication documentation and patient-centered care skills.
Commitment to high-quality care teamwork and building trust within a wellness-focused program.
