Job Summary
RN Open Heart (CVOR) Full-Time Days (7a7p)
Location: Kissimmee FL
Join a 404-bed tertiary care facility and Level II Trauma Center offering advanced cardiac stroke pediatric and neonatal services along with an established Graduate Medical Education program.
Position Highlights
Role: RN Open Heart (CVOR)
Schedule: Full-time Days (7a7p)
On-Call: 1x/week 1 weekend/month (as needed)
Salary: $31.84$46.26/hr (based on experience) $4 on-call
Differentials: $4.50 nights $1.50 weekends $1.50 national certification
Sign-On Bonus: $10000 (Days)
Relocation: Case-by-case
Responsibilities
Deliver specialized perioperative care for open-heart surgical cases in a high-volume cardiovascular OR.
Collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams during complex cardiac procedures in a trauma-designated teaching environment.
Ensure safe evidence-based patient care throughout the perioperative continuum.
Requirements
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating).
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care CVOR/Open Heart RN experience (required).
BSN preferred.
AHA BLS ACLS and PALS required.
CNOR certification preferred.
