About the role
Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Facilitator to join our dedicated team. Commencing in early January 2026 this permanent part-time position (16 hours per week) will play a key role in supporting clinical education across our medical and surgical wards. As a Clinical Facilitator you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical learning within the hospital environment. You will assist clinical staff in developing the knowledge skills and attributes required for contemporary practice in acute care settings. Acting as a professional role model you will foster positive relationships with healthcare teams and agencies to enhance the learning experience and uphold our mission and values.
Mater Bundaberg is a 59-bed facility comprising both surgical and medical/rehabilitation units. OurSurgical Wardmanages a diverse range of cases including orthopaedics gynaecology general surgery and ENT procedures. Our Medical/Rehabilitation Wardsupports patients across the acute and sub-acute spectrum providing comprehensive care tailored to individual recovery needs.
Salary range:$54.44 - $58.30 per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
