Role Summary
Ability to set and meet targets Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy and be attentive to details and ability to work with a team and motivate the team.
Whats On Your Plate
Validate schedule for Content Specialists maintain reports and manage schedule changes.
Keep track of daily attendance overtime sick leaves and other types of leave and maintain a timesheet.
Track content team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.
Monitor content leaders performance and overall team KPIs.
POC with all countries in case of any project.
Manage internal & external communication.
Provide periodic reports on performance.
What Did We Order
A Bachelors degree.
2-3 years of full-time professional experience in the content field or call center is a MUST.
2 years of experience as a supervisor/ team leader is a must.
Capability of using Microsoft Office products.
advanced English (written and spoken)
