Job Overview/Summary:
This clinic-based ENT role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced surgical and clinical team while participating in high-volume in-office ENT procedures. The position provides a supportive environment that values mentorship professional development and the advancement of clinical expertise.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care including performing and assisting with a variety of office-based procedures.

Educate and communicate effectively with patients families referring providers and the interdisciplinary care team.

Assess diagnose and manage patients performing minor and diagnostic procedures ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and coordinating specialty services.

Build strong trusting relationships with patients families and the ENT care team to support continuity of care.

Serve as a key member of a collaborative healthcare team demonstrating professionalism strong communication and alignment with organizational values and mission.

Uphold all institutional policies and procedures while contributing to a culture of excellence safety and patient-centered care.

Strong clinical assessment diagnostic and procedural skills.

Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Professionalism leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Qualifications:

Masters Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or graduation from an accredited PA program).

Active NYS NP or PA license/registration.
-
Current National Certification consistent with area of clinical practice.

NPI number and Medicare enrollment with PTAN (or eligibility for Medicare enrollment within 6 months of hire).
-
CPR-BLS certification required at time of appointment.

Successful completion of all pre-employment and credentialing clearances.
