Job Summary

Job Title : Salesforce Administrator (Org Management Flosum CI/CD Data Migrations)

Location: Austin Tx (Hybrid -Local Candidates only) (Within 50-mile radius)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience managing and maintaining Salesforce orgs including environment support and implementation of security policies and practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC processes coding standards change control and version management including hands-on experience with CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.
Expertise in data migrations data quality system integrations 3rd-party applications and AppExchange products.
Proven ability to oversee and guide troubleshooting for complex software and hardware issues including incident and problem resolution and recommending effective technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) and integrating 3rd-party applications.
Familiarity with core web technologies including HTML5 JavaScript jQuery REST/SOAP APIs JSON and XML.
Experience in Salesforce implementation and development using Apex Visualforce Apex Triggers Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft Azure Data Factory or Jitterbit.
Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
Knowledge of no-code Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows Process Builder and Workflow Rules.

Responsibilities

Administer maintain and optimize Salesforce environments ensuring system reliability and performance.
Implement monitor and improve security controls and compliance within Salesforce.
Support SDLC processes by adhering to coding standards participating in change control and managing versioning through tools like Flosum.
Lead data migrations ensure data integrity and support integrations with internal and external systems.
Install configure and manage AppExchange products and 3rd-party applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across software and hardware environments providing guidance to technical teams.
Collaborate with development teams on enhancements using Apex LWCs integrations and configuration tools.
Work within Agile teams contributing to sprint planning refinement and delivery activities.
