Job Summary

Responsibilities

Accounting
Manage client projects
Prepare review and finalize financial statements
Identifying client issues/deficiencies and assist with recommending solutions
Managing client compliance deadlines
Manage and maintain client relationships
Communicating frequently and effectively with client contacts
Executing projects in a timely efficient manner
Onboarding new clients
Tax
Prepare client tax projections
Assist in preparing & reviewing individual and business tax returns
Advisory
Conduct client meetings
Financial statement analysis
Providing advice to clients centered on their accounting and finance functions

General

Managing staff assigned
Manage miscellaneous projects assigned by Partner
Manage and conduct staff meetings
Travel to McComb & Company office or client location as necessary

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting business finance or related field
Active CPA or EA license preferred
3 years of experience in accounting and tax services
